Barry J. Tedder
Financial Professional
Associate Partner
After 15 years in education, Barry was drawn to financial services by a simple but important question: “What would happen to my wife if something happened to me today?” The answer was difficult, she could lose their home, be forced to leave a job she loved, and face those burdens alone. That realization reinforced the importance of thoughtful planning and inspired his commitment to helping clients pursue long-term security, confidence, and peace of mind. When meeting with individuals, families, and businesses, Barry believes in listening first to understand what matters most, allowing him to leverage BSA Wealth’s experienced planning team develop strategies tailored to their goals and needs.
Barry and his wife, Brianna, live in Warwick with their dog, Max. Together, they enjoy exploring independent bookstores and coffee shops, traveling, and spending time outdoors. Barry is active in the community as a board member for a local veterans’ nonprofit and several civic organizations. He graduated from Rhode Island College with degrees in History (B.A.) and Education (M.A.T.), and from Arizona State University with a degree in Leadership (M.Ed.).
